QSI is engaged in the "Development of RF Parts Technology Based on Compound Process for Upper-midband E-MIMO Base Station Array Antenna" project, one of the 6G industrial technology development initiatives. 

Securing GaAs-based HEMT and HBT device technologies through this project will enable QSI to offer foundry services to manufacturers of RF components.
